The Language of Email
Almost everyone uses the ubiquitous email. But when it comes to professional emails, how confident are you that your business emails are in the right format, tone and language? Should a business email be formal or informal? Are smileys OK to embed in professional emails? Your email is often the first communication you have with your customer or potential employer. This lesson explains how you should write business emails and what some dos and donts are.

The second series from 2025 focuses on the employment experience of lived experts and was made with funding from the J R McKenzie Trust.
Women's Voices
This half hour series features interviews and discussions on matters of interest to women in general and migrant women in particular. Women working in the community talk to women with shared experiences, to people who can help, to female achievers. Heartfelt and empowering discussions about crucial topics in women's lives networking women’s issues, women’s arts and talents.
